cny or valentine?

Why is it everyone is promoting valentine rather than cny?
My friend told me its because love is powerful
*lolness*
But still why??
I mean there is so many things in shopping malls and shops promoting valentine rather than cny
Is it more important than cny?
I don't think so
Is it??
Or is it that my eyes are more attracted to the valentine's stuff rather than cny?
Am I making sense??
